This collection of pre-1915, collectible post cards feauture views, events, and celebrations from around the world. Included with the post cards is a vintage Valentine card and a 1996 catalog, "The Vintage Picture Postcard Catalog, No. 8, A Fixed Price Sale."

Also, below each post card is a brief description and a link that will take you to an image of the individual post card's back and a larger image of the front to help you evaluate the condition of the cards. I will note in my description any obvious marks that would degrade the card's value.

We bought this post card catalog and the post card collection from an antique dealer, who had closed shop several years earlier in the Springfield, Missouri, area. As well, we will include with the collection, miscellaneous notes and clippings (not pictured) that came with the collection.
We are not collectors ourselves, and thought it best to sell these post cards as a lot. We have found them intriquing and delightful, and have enjoyed having them in our home, even for a short while.
